| Coast and Beaches On the North side of the Loire river, not far for the B&B, you will find
la Côte d'Amour or the Coast of Love... You will be impressed by the diversity
of the coast line: beaches or followed by high cliffs and rocks lines. The beach of La Baule, among the nicest in Europe
is 9 km long. It is a high mark of European vacations. La Baule counts some very
prestigious hotels and shops. Soon after La Baule you arrive to the côte sauvage and the
lovely villages of le Pouliguen, Batz sur Mer and Le Croisic (TGV trains to Paris). |

 The Park of
BriereThe Brière is located about 1/2 hour from La
Rousselière.
I n wild Brière, between the
source at Brivet and the river Loire, the natural water cycle assumes its full importance
in the explosion of life. Marsh settled after Man and asserted itself !
Its territory covers almost 100 000 acres, including 42 000 acres of
wetlands in the heart of which 17 000 acres are occupied by the Grande Brière Mottière
marsh alone, the joint property of the 21 marsh-side communities. Another characteristic
feature of this territory is its architecture, with almost 3 000 thatched roofs.
